Haley Custom Homes' Accelerated Precision Building System™️ was created by Dan Fuller to REDUCE STRESS LEVELS of our homeowners during the build process. Our System was created to address the 3 primary areas that cause this CLIENT STRESS.

The system starts by providing each homeowner with a Private Concierge. This concierge is the Homeowner's " Go-to” person for any and all requests.

1. More Accurate Budgeting and Project Costs

The Accelerated Precision Building System™️ includes a Pre-Construction Process where Haley Custom Homes collaborates with the homeowner to establish accurate project costs.

This early-stage financial transparency allows both parties to engage in value-engineering, a method where design and material choices are optimized to balance cost and functionality. This ensures that the final construction plan aligns with the client's budget while maintaining high quality and desired features.

By addressing cost considerations upfront, unexpected expenses and compromises during construction are minimized, resulting in a smoother, more predictable building experience.

2. More Accurate Build Schedule

The Accelerated Precision Building System™️ allows us to build in a Non-Linear fashion, decreasing the build process by approximately 35%.

Unlike traditional linear construction, where each phase must be completed before the next begins, the non-linear approach enables multiple stages to progress simultaneously.

This overlapping of tasks significantly reduces downtime and accelerates the overall timeline, ensuring a much faster completion of the home without compromising quality.

3. Increased Quality Control

In traditional construction, a "punch list" is created at the end of the project to identify items that need to be corrected or completed. This includes fixing minor defects, finishing touches, and any adjustments required to meet the project's standards.

Under the Accelerated Precision Building System™️, the concept of "punching" is integrated throughout the build process rather than waiting until the end.
